I'd look at it as more of how often do you change equipment? If it's not very often, I think I'd go ahead and just get op manuals and tech manuals and it'll basically do everything for you there, plus you won't have to pay for a monthly fee and don't have to worry about getting your Service Advisor updated or have to worry about it working or worry about the computer failing on you and having to reinstall it on another computer.
